PRIEST RANT FTW

i as you all know, or should know played a pure support priest hardcore last server to 330.

i discovered that nobody wanted a priest right after my parble pt's dried up, it was hell getting from 220 to 330. I was shocked that after spending so much time supporing the majority of prandel, very well i might add, that nobody seemed to remember suckin my balls for my full revive, call, max bless, ward and arch. After that i rebuilt angel, told many people to go take a hike, i didn't need help in swep, and solo'd the gap, and found i enjoyed killing stuff so much, i started plvling some alts.

enter Weaver, my first true tamer, my plan was to catch Weaver up to Uziel, and use her to level him, i got weaver to the point that she didn't require plvl anymore, and started Stevie Nix, pro know archer, once stevie got to swep, i didnt need an angel to plvl anymore, and rebuilt Uziel to full support again (his true calling).

when the server was wiped, Weaver was 392...Uziel was 429, so close to leveling them together, Stevie was 329, and getting ready to own swep for the 330 gap. Still chokes me up a bit to think about it.

This server, i knew full well i'd need a priest, and i'd also have a hell of a time leveling one alone, and had no interest in making an angel again.

I made Suzi to level Mac, and farm up the gear i knew i wouldnt want or be able to buy from other players. Mary is my answer to goofin of with somethin fun, her build has changed at least a half dozen times, and will prolly change another half dozen times before some smart ass gets it all wiped again.

I'm a the point now, where either Suzi or Mary can basically level Mac, he is used for buffs, calls, and the occasinal revive. Pocket Priest FTW. This plan allowed me to work some damage into Mac's build, i'm always playin with some sort of oddity in every char i build, and i LOVE IT, i'm not reliant on anyone else for my gaming pleasure, i never hear "we don't need you" anymore. I have on more than a few occasions replied "NOTY" to people asking to join my "parties" and more than a few times left some dumbass to die, whilst leaching off my work.

moral of this story, i'm at work, bored as hell, the heats not working for some fubar reason, and i really wanna just go back to bed.

thank you magik for reviving this thread, allowing me to kill a good 15 minutes.

As i said above, Des is a nice guy once you get to know him, if you dont know him he can come accross as a prat though, and he will not party someone if he dosnt think he needs them in the party. its just the way he is

Your welcome Mac xD Haha that was fun to read. However my heat is working in my building o.O I feel the same way as you, I finally had my mage lvl 450, had a priest almost lvl 300 which was awesome, and I even started an archer that I managed to get to lvl 196. So I definately feel your pain. Oh and I was one of the few lucky people that managed to get a form guard, a legit one.
