I was playing Thelma today , this group started ksing me i asked them to stop and was derided, so I for one will not be partying with them nor will they ever get into unforgiven.

ye berkkis sux ^^
neway when an ALT of us being ks'ed i think we should make a statement out of it by getting a high lvl of our guild killing everything somewhat coming near those ksers^^
manwe clearly said that nobody owns a spot and therefor every1 can kill at a spot at the same time so they arent breaking rules ; our high lvls wouldnt be breaking rules either when they kill everything before the low lvl ks'ers can place a hit.
neway conclusion : ask for help from our high lvls when being ks'ed , we ll make em regret ^^
will upload picture of manwe's post about ks soon so you all know what i exactly ment

Mmmm I am beginning to believe that indeed all hate my friend Berkkis.
Because he lure the guardian?
The bestows the reaches, it is possible that we make ks, and noticed that one has to cause more than 1 / 4 hp by elf to receive points. Only meteor or burst of water can cause such damage, if it is in maximum level, but Berkkis has no meteor, because it is a buff mage (haste, fiery). |

I dont hate any one that would be silly after all its a game
However i wouldnt group with Berkis
Many times he is just AFK with his CP charger button stuck down with out ever hasting opr buffing or doing anything...
I still dont hate him but i would not spend my time with him and if he wanted to join Unforgiven i would seriously want to see some play from him as i have yet seen any decent play. |

i dont hate berkkis, i do however think he is an idiot, he has turned so many people against himself that im surprised there is any one left for him to party with

ks'ing is a difficult subject, however, simply put, i believe that if you diliberatly attack something someone else is already fighting then you are ks'ing, no mater hopw much damage you do , also if you move into an area right on top of someone else and kill monsters that spawn within a short distance of where they are , then you are ksing
the next question will be whats ashort distance, there i s no answer for this, it is entirly dependent opn how fst and thick the respawn is.
I judge it by the maxim, "would it piss me off if some one did that to me" and if i answer yes then i dont do it.

(replying here cause manwes post is in this topic)i can understand ur sick of having to fix these problems narok, but azuroth & me did nothing wrong 
flamerus was xping at donut.. we couldnt join pt cause it was full..
we started xping at donut too but a bit away from the other pt.
they got mad cause their lure didnt work nemore & started threatning/ insulting us.
Now you tell us you have to talk to ur vice-masters about this KS issue and take action?
if any1 should get a kick it should be the one insulting us. Altho i wont ask u that , i m not easely insulted and if i am i wont ask you to kick that guy from the guild. I ll make manwe ban his account then
i m just as tired of all this crap as you are , i can asure you that
neway me & azuroth/ avenger wont come to the (siege )wars nor give elements ; no point in helping a guild that might kick us real soon

depending on the rules you're going to make we'll make a decision in staying or not (if we're not kicked before  )
in our point of view it's utter bs that we can't exp where we want. Look at manwe's post NOBODY owns a spot, thus we can go xp anywhere we want right ? we always ask for an invite if theres a party at the spot we wanna xp if there's no room well too bad we'll be moving a bit further and start my own wich is still NOT AGAINST the rules -.-
and again if ppl still harras me well ... no point staying in a guild that doesn't support you is there ...

I didnt say i was going to kick you, i said i was sick of things like this happening amongst guild mates, and i said i would talk to my vice's about it and we would come to a decision on how to handle it and then if and when we came to a decision THEN if someone broke that ruling i would kick them, we have to find a way of stopping things like what happened today from reoccurring, its not good for the guild, that said, threatening me with not coming to wars and withholding elements does nothing for your case , neither does saying things like if he goes i go, whilst it may be true it helps solve nothing.
And here is the problem, Help solve , joining in, being a part of, its all part of being in a guild, I saw little of that today and im not just picking on you two, flamerous was there as well.
should flamerous of left his party and joined you ? i dont know, should you of found somewhere else to grind ? perhaps, im not sure.
Donut is a small place but it is big enough for two or three groups to grind, did you set up too close to him, could you of moved further away, could you of made sure that you were interfering as little as possible, what could you of done to make this not of happened, given that flamerous was there first, these to be honest are questions you should of asked (actually i know you weren't there at the start of this but you get my meaning)
but what i am sure of is that if we as a guild continue to have these sort of problems then we will soon stop being a guild, so yes it may in the end be necessary to say goodbye to some people, that decision is not yet made though, but please don't threaten me, i tend to react badly to that

i was kinda happy to hear ingame narok didnt want to get rid of us.. he wants to get rid of the problem.. and in a moment of being provoked all of us ( narok , azuroth & me) have used "big words" to protect ourselfs/ make a statement.
now we all agree something should be done to stop this problem..
any ideas how to are welcome
