This is a legal technique, correct? Anyone with higher lvl pets willing to allow GVG taming of their pets?

A new guild with appropriate chars would need to be created, but thought I would at least ask.

You can try taming mine if you want. My tamer is in its own guild.

I've never done it, so I don't know how it works, but I think you use cleansing pet instead of Brainwash. Therefore, I have no idea what the lvl caps are going to be. Try asking around. I'm sure someone knows Razz

If a tamer gets attacked, pets react if not bubbling. I presume pets atk if I try to charm?

Can a thief stun avians?

And lvl of avians unbuffed?

After conversing with Mac, I think I am going to fall back and shoot for fams....and just level the crap out of them to make them stronger (and get as many +skills as I can) I presume a lvl 580+ tamer will resort to using all +1 skill rings from Tset to boost stats? (or is that lvl 450 Tset?)

They're lvl 265 unbuffed. Thieves can probably stun them, idk never tried lol. If I don't buff them at all (gloomy, urgency, attack order) you won't have to worry about them killing you.

i litterally cringed when i saw this

i'm on the fence still on this gvg taming thing
maybe i'm just old school or something
but i see it as a bug, much like the rebirthing bug, i'm not gonna grab my soapbox and start preaching, i've done enough of that, but i don't see it as a legitimate form of taming.
that said, lemmie know how it works out ^^

I always kinda saw it that way as well, a bug or a glitch in the system. I try not to exploit such things (out of some misguided sense of honour, or some other such bollocks) while playing Redstone.

while I do tend to agree, i think its gone into the same region as rebirthing, that is its been classed as creative gaming.
