DOesnt have access. I asked Joe about this the other day. Ppl that don't have access to the whole forum can still see new members under the members section but thats it. So they can post. I found this out with luckyfabel. Weirded me out he has no rage permissions but he was saying hello. Joe confirmed anyone that if they register here they can post in this section of members.

| Ok thank you for that information soiled. As for shield joining, I am a little hesitant, I know he is a good player, but his loyalty to Rosa confuses me as to why he wants to be part of our guild. Gvg purposes perhaps? What do you guys and girls think? |
