+1 to Injin.

Although level can be one of the aspects used to determine a good guild member, it should not be the sole consideration. I have seen many 200-s that are much, much better than some of their 200+ counterparts.

And level isn't everything. Like Injin said, they can liven up chat, collect elements and more. And it's handy for battles, especially attacking siege where everyone does the same damage to strats/emb.

In my opinion, it would be better to have a more lenient recruiting level(50, 75 maybe?) with a more strict leveling and activity(participation in gvg and sw, helping other members, etc) guideline for those levels. In doing it that way, we'd give more people a chance to join while still keeping out the trash.

because there was an insult dilivered to people in the guild who are below lvl 200,apparently were a waist of time and no help to the guild, im below 200, so its an insult to me, and i wont let any one insult me without my having my say, as it happens i then editted out most of what i said , and today there is a story going around that members of famous have been made into gamesages, which really really pisses me off, so all in all not a good two days for me. 2 insults in 2 days. one of which comes from my own guild, yes im fucking angry.
and if i was still GM then the person who said it wouldnt be in this guild any more. so i guess hes lucky im not.

what lvl are you narok?

well any 0-200, said 200 because someone mentioned that number before.

or any 0-xxx, xxx being your personal thought of what lvls are useful for the guild

guilds have a certain aprox lvl which ppl help out on their maximum.
for example a lvl 200-300 in famous doesnt help much, thats why famous, a guild which i respect for their direct actions and "i dont care what everyone says about us", kicked all the members they felt where useless.

also having a 600+ in your 200-300 guild is useless. ppl should join guilds of their lvl range.
this is still a topic for discussion.

besides its not only about helping, if your on a guild with your lvl ranges you grind with them and you do much stuff together making a more familiar guild

ps: im not saying to kick ppl or trying to make ppl feel useless. everyone is useful, exp, pw, gold... everything helps... if you think of it like that.

Anyone of any level can be useful. Back on the old server, when xoxo the priest was about 180 and going to GvGs with us 200+s, he was way better than most the fellas there. And dT_Tb (_Jinnam_'s squire) once owned all of Assassin Group NUNO on his own, at level 130, nevermind doing the same against Divinity a few days beforehand.
