as it says in title, any on have a work around for this ?
im getting really really pissed off about it all, not only they have an event going, the one account i had that worked is now as fucked as the others. maybe its time to quit this game .

run as administrator if you have vista the OGplanet launcher at least ithink that's what you mean helped 4 me

Narok what exactly is the problem? Like when are you experiencing it? Running the launcher, attempting to login, attempting to enter game, etc.

when i run the clienyt i get, cant connect to the server, when it tries to download the patchm ive tried with run as admin, ive tried with uac off, ive tried running it in sandboxie, ive tried with fire wall off, ive tried all of the above from the link on desktop and from the web site..

I had to uninstall and install the client again to make it work. Might work for you as well

Thank you Gen, that has worked, deleted OGp and redstone , reinstalled and it worked first time

My similar problem worked when I started OG lanucher from website. I have no clue why that worked, doesn't make sense.

Did you uninstall RS and reinstall? The only other thing I did was my error mentioned something about the temporary internet file not found. I tried to find the location it was searching, which was not there. So, I made sure all temporary internet files were delted. Then when I started the OGP launcher from their website, the game downloaded the patch and started without problems. I have since relogged and started game without using their website and it started just fine.

Seems that others resolved theirs with complete new install of game. Can you at least list what you tried? I am sure someone reading these forums could offer an additional step or two that might work.

trust me..ask adam in game and ask joe ingame ( when hes on as tamer ) they'll tell you that i tried EVERYTHING.

I bet I can list at least 5 things that you did not try (although I must admit I doubt they will work). I am trying to help, maybe something was overlooked? It is nice to have others provide additional perspective.

His problem has to do with the launcher itself, though, I think.

Ok, I uninstalled my old RS, installed the new one, but didn't get any shortcut, the only thing in my programs is Red Stone website, so anyone have any idea on what I should do from there on?
