| I somehow lost my astros while its loading game cause i logged in my profile there was my 453 astros and then i press start game while its loading i lost them cause when i wanted buy in astro shop there was 0 astros ;'( and i cant get back i already reported it |

These astros aren't lost, they are saved server side. Sometimes they just dont show up right away in carrot shop, but they are there.
Try buying w/e that costs more then the astro amount you have in carrot shop and you'll see the purchase go thru because you do have the astros.
