well i was sitting waiting for boss for mage set... killa_crayon_box came over after boss was already there and i had already started killing it and proceeded to attack it. i didnt mind him attacking it put when done he took boss items. he should have never started attacking in the first place but anyways after boss died he took boss items there was a hiking cane and he said he would give me boss items he gave me only boots and gloves. so i wasnt really happy about that. anyways i ask that he be put on ks list and banned from getting into shadowthrone or unforgiven

How did he get the items, are you 2 in party?
Because I think the items belong to only you if you solo-ed it, and you're the first person to land a hit on the boss.

for normal mobs it's like that
however for bosses u don't even need to hit it u can just wait till some1 else kills it and grab the loot
wich is pretty lame but it happens so make sure if you're killing a boss and u notice ppl arround waiting for it to move very close to the drops :p
