How do I transfer my account ? It weird, it doesnt make sense to me, I tried just now and it's not working, can anyone explain in full detail ? |

Go to this link: https://id.ogplanet.com/redstone/checkid.og
at the bottom of the page enter your Redstone account info (like you would if you were going to log into the game.)
You will then be given a small form to fill out, and enter in the little bit of information they ask for.
***important*** - when entering in your email in the form, do not use an AOL account and be sure to spell your email correctly. You will get problems if you fail to do this.
Submit your form now and wait for your confirmation email to arrive to the email you provided OGP. Click the link in the email and you should be all set. |

4 accounts.
i wrote my accounts down in a list ...
i did it by age of the acc and as accounts i had used real money transactions on, so i knew they would be 'safe'.
so..i managed to transfer the first 2 successfully.
the last two have not worked><
number 3 in the list told me the link was expired - i just did number 2 a few seconds b4 it..and 'it' worked fine :/
maybe its transfer overload - the rest of europe is wakeing up now too....
ill edit the post and keep u posted...
Edit: managed to do all 4 accs...
RS keeps opening as a small window..its no longer full screen
how do i change it back to full screen?. inside the options, its all unchecked..so windows mode is not active.
but i am now ingame^^..fixing the small window problem now...i hope..:/ _________________ mystify.....

I know OG was aware of the small window and that the settings do not change it. I am not sure if maintenance fixed the problem or not, and I will not be logged in until later today, 12+ hours from now to verify. _________________ Y2K11 - Thief

Now that i received the confirmation mail from a second attempt to get my other account working (in my first attempt i didnt receive any conf. mail), when i log i dont see any of my characters. That rlly pisses me off, not just cuz i had my prinn lvl 110 full of useful rings on her, but full of stuff i needed to sell, rlly nice drops i was storing (some U's) and some equipment i needed for my tamer (including tsets)...
I need that account back, no matter what. Im not either creating another prinn from scratch nor getting (droping) all of those drops i need over again.
Dang it !!!
If things start getting even worse with this hardware migration/acc. transfer w/e, im gonna think seriously on quitting. Its just that i dont want to deal with character deletion again.
Srry for my bad temper, hope u understand.

Davi, they aren't deleting any characters. The exact same thing happened to my tamer. All the characters on that account were gone, but I just got them back today. Send in a ticket giving them your account name, a list of characters on the account which are missing, and explain what happened. They should restore them shortly after that. |

Well it appears that if you are able to explain what happened, they will be able to assist, but you need to have patience. If you do not want to do that because you do not have the patience, I do not see another alternative. I would gladly offer to help you out, but I cannot contact them on your behalf to sort this out. I wish I could. Send in a ticket when you are having a moment of calmness and explain the situation. Im having the same problem on my second account, and there is a sphere running out on that one, annabelle is also having this problem, and thats her only char, she is really quite depressed about it, we have bothe sent tickets and neither have had a reply yet, though both only went in today. so patience is the word of the day i think.
Though screaming and throwing stuff always seems to help as well. just dont scream and throw stuff at the people who can fix it for you. that may not be the best way to get help.. _________________ feed me a fruit! |

As i see, many are having this exact acc problem (just loged in new RS forums to check what's happening).
I think ill stay away from RS till all of this is fixed, anyways there's nothing i can do even if i log in, i need my other acc. _________________ " An epic tune to an epic world " |
