As to the rest of you, I would like to point out that when I logged on this forum just now, there were 15 pages to this topic, now 14. I just spent the last 5-10 minutes deleting posts that were totally irrelevant. I volunteered to do this thread long ago, and have done it to the letter, sparing quite an amount of my time to do so. This is not a discussion thread. This is a blacklist thread. Anymore unnecessary spamming in this topic (which I have to read to make sure whether its relevant or not) will result in the person involved also losing his/her posting rights on this topic. I do not refuse you your right to post on a topic, as long as its in the proper place.

I thought some people could do to read this twice. Because some people obviously missed some points I made, mainly that this is not a discussion thread. This is not me trying to start an argument. This is not me ''using my authority'', or even abusing it. This is me getting a topic back on track, that was on track before yesterday evening. So cop yourselves on and post here if you wish to blacklist someone, posting their name, class (somewhat optional to post), their offence, and any other chars known to be theirs.

I'll thank you for cooperating.....

cant we kick someone in the guild that is a "noob"

I don't blacklist people because they're new to the game/don't know a lot about it. I reached level 527 last server, and knew just about nothing past what I needed to, so someone not very knowledgeable isn't a good enough reason for that.

If you're throwing ''noob'' around in the derrogative sense, i.e. you think they're annoying, offensive or w/e, contact one of the vices, nico, if you think their offence (whatever they've done) is a good enough reason to be kicked over/is against guild rules.

I actually have to ask this silly question, is FAMOUS blacklisted? Or like anyone that joins FAMOUS? For example, lets say Heat and Bittie start playing again, and they want to leave FAMOUS and join us instead, would we let them join us? Cause I have a feeling FAMOUS is going to indeed die after being beaten so bad by other guilds like us and Rosa, it's only a matter of months now until that guild is completely dominated by us or Rosa.

No, I won't ban entire guilds. There are some decent people in FAMOUS (even I'd be willing to admit that), and there were some on the old server (more of them back then, sadly.....) that we didn't mind/liked. I'm aware Bittie has a fairly good reputation by some of our ex-Geno/higher level members, so he wouldn't be blacklisted.

Why I don't have all the FAMOUS people who should be blacklisted on the blacklist? Firstly, they'd never join us anyway, and secondly, if you even need to ask that question, you obviously don't know FAMOUS enough.....

But like I was saying, please start leaving this topic dormant apart from in the case of people asking for someone to be blacklisted, start topics in the Off-Topic or General for this sort of thing (as your question in particular, Magik, could warrant some discussion, and this ain't the place for it, really).

well yea. didnt say noob as "new guy", but as someone that is annoying and dumb.

To many people are adding too many people for the silliest of reasons, some people dont really deserve to be on the list, and they do need removing as do some people who are on the list by request of persons no longer in the guild'
Having said that, tbh i dont take much notice of the black list, i like to make my own desision about people. i use the black list only as a way of knowing who i need to be aware might be an idiot, so that i dont get bitten .

@nico I'm removing Aine's suggestions, as his characters aren't in Unforgiven anymore, and his forum permission has been taken away. I will do so for other people that have left as well.

I will now be judging whether something someone has posted by another to be blacklist-worthy. Why I have to do this is because some of you members are acting disgracefully.

As for this topic.....there was no discussion in the first place. The only thing I remember about the ''New Blacklist'' thread in the last few days is me deleting post after post of completely non-relevant material. Even the recent posts I've let lie I could've been justified in deleting. Do you know how many topics have been made in the Enemies section since I created the ''New Blacklist'' thread? None, until today. Why? Because, if you wished someone to be blacklisted, you posted it in the relevant topic. There is really no discussion about this. Nothing about the way I handled the blacklist is incorrect. The fault lies squarely at the feet of those who abused the privilege to be selective as to who joins this guild.

This topic is closed. And the next time I see the Enemies section highlighted, I hope I can skim over that topic, judge whether the newest suggestion has merit, add/remove a name, then move on to read any other new posts.

This topic is NOT closed any longer, nor should it be, while i agree that the blacklist should remain a place where the only posts are those asking for some one to be added to the blacklist, i can see no reason whatever to not have a place where the blacklist itself can be disgused.

Please also note that other than in that topic, posts are not to be deleted, if someone posts something that is way over the top then we can discus what to do about the post/ person in the vices section of the forum, and all make a desision about what happens.

Remember this forum is for us to come and have our say, our guild has always been one that listens to its members, and as long as im here it will remain so.

Thank you Narok. That was really starting to piss me off, and alot of other people as well. We take the time to make posts. And then they are friggen deleted. Stop deleting posts, if someone is typing something then it is for a reason, wheather anyone else approves of it or not. We are all members and all have a right for our posts to be read. So stop deleting posts people write.

Nah Nico. Vice's were chosen to be the most understanding/fair people amongst the guild. To my knowledge none of us hold grudges against people, at least I dont, yes we all may debate/argue alot, but it is simply different views on things, so no one should be holding grudges over people's opinions on matters.
