What have I been bullying? Just simply asking are we gonna start rejeceting everyone we need more power but all these high levels interested get turned away. Plus I love when I objected ADHD everyone was all over me defending strandy. Where was the respect for a guildy there? And why when I do it do I get rules thrown at me? Wheres the fairness??

| This is exactly why i said we need to be more open minded, alot of doors have been closed for whatever reason. Pure your not being attacked here but understand you have objected to friends of mine and im sure we have all objected to friends of someone this happens its part of our process best not to fight it. |

some ppl do much more than you and are treated worst. there is no hierarchy no ppl with more saying than others, well ofc injin in the top  . so there will always be ppl wanting smthing and others the opposite, and discussions.
tip: dont explain your objections unless injin says so, after all he is the one that does the final descicion. (if you want to evade the uneasy discussions)
this is everyones guild so everyone will act as if.
objecting, quoting rules or speaking off their mind. which is good and bad...
i didnt like ppl that where new or barely played, objecting others, but there is nothing we can do, once you join unfo is yours and you decide what unfo is in the future

at least unfo has an objection system which we should be very glad about. If everyone would blankly be added this guild would be like every other. Im happy we are all able to have a word in this guild. It feels like its your own, not that you are just part of anothers.

Nnico you'd be very naive if you think that the vices and gm know everything about all players. So yeah in a way they could blankly be adding assholes simply because they dont know them. I still agree that everyone should be able to object. But i do want a list made on what grounds people are able to object. Also someone that has been an asshole 2 years ago could be one of the nicest player now.

thats why we got the aplications.
would be a much nicer system if ppl apply, guildies say what they think about him, injin accepts or rejects.
injin alone, not vices. vices are too many and some arent on alot or arent so aware about the guild issues.

Chrissy was my best friend in this game, she applied to join us and some one objected, this was while i was guild leader, so i stood by the rules and my best freind in the game couldnt join, the system sucked for me that day, but over the years its work most of the time quite well, its obviously not working so well now, so I think we do need a change to the way it works, joe has come up with a new way for us to do it, i think its a good way, im sure he will tell every one how its going to work and when we are going to start using the new system just as soon as he has ironed out a few small bugs, till then remember , be nice, be frosty. and narok is always right
